# User Access Control

ARPA-H has implemented data management and user access controls.

All ADAPT TAP users:

* Can create projects inside their individual performer workspace for analysis and research purposes
* Can copy shared ADAPT data from the central TAP Data Mart into their research projects
* Can upload data into their performer workspaces for analysis and research
* Can add or delete any ADAPT user to/from their research project
* Shall not add any non-ADAPT user to their research project
* Shall not copy data to a non-ADAPT project within DNAnexus
* Shall only download ADAPT data that has been approved by ARPA-H for download
